Electronic Consent
What changed in version 2.0
This page used to include an Order Authorization, under which you allowed Argix Labs to submit orders to a connected brokerage account. Argix Labs stopped connecting to brokerage accounts on September 28, 2026 and no longer places orders, so that authorization has ended and was removed. What remains is your consent to doing business with us electronically.
Your Consent
By creating an account and using the Platform, you consent to:
- Electronic Communications. Receiving all communications from Argix Labs electronically, by email or in the Platform, including updates to the Terms of Service and Privacy Policy, risk disclosures, security and account notices, billing receipts, and marketing communications (which you can opt out of).
- Electronic Records. The use of electronic records for all agreements, disclosures and notices between you and Argix Labs.
- Electronic Signatures. Your click on “I Agree,” “Create Account” or a similar button being your legally binding electronic signature.
What You Need
A current web browser, an email address you can receive messages at, and the ability to view or save web pages. Keep your email address up to date in Settings so notices reach you.
Paper Copies and Withdrawal
You may request a paper copy of any agreement or notice, free of charge, by writing to legal@argixlabs.com.
You may withdraw this consent at any time by contacting us at the same address. Because the Platform is provided electronically, withdrawing consent means closing your account.
